Lovely clean, warm & comfortable accommodation. Really enjoyed the underfloor heating and the delicious apple juice. The welcoming scones and cream was such a lovely touch. Somewhere to highly recommend. Thank you.

One of the best laid out and equipped cottageswe have ever stayed in, very comfortable. Thank you for the cream tea and Molly & Pearl loved the doggy treats. Will certainly recommend the accommodation to friends and family.

Thank you for a lovely weeks holiday. Apple Tree Cottage is gorgeous and very comfortable. The dogs loved the garden to play in and slept very well! The children absolutely fell in love with the cottage and have already asked to come back.

When I booked Apple Tree Cottage, I was immediately attracted to the farm stay concept and the Gold Award it achieved. It is not hard to see why this place is a Gold Award winner. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Our kids were thrilled to see the farm animals. This is without doubt one of the best stays we have ever had. Thank you so much to Kathryn and family for making our stay the memorable ever.

Thank you all once again for a wonderful stay. The applejuice is far too drinkable so we eagerly await your next venture - cider !?

Back again for the 2nd time this year and again a big thank you to Kathryn, Rick, Hannah and Abbie for making us so welcome. It really is like a second home to us. The cottage is as lovely as ever, it is so well kept, spotless and the upkeep of it is wonderful. We wish you all well and look forward to seeing you again next year.

Had a lovely relaxing week, just what we were hoping for. Lovely, comfortable cottage in a great area. Easy, shortish dog walks within 10 mins drive - millenium park, Honiton, coombe Wood (off High St and past school) and witness moor (near to Hembury Hill fort). Also, the beaches were dog-friendly this time of year. Thank you, Rick and Kathryn for making us welcome.

Our 3rd visit to Apple Tree Cottage and we will be back as soon as we can. Our kids find the workings of the farm fascinating. The house and the farm are so well kept and clean. Can't wait to come back soon.

We first visited the farm over 30 years ago and stayed in the old farmhouse so it was lovely to return with the grandchildren. Cottage is spotless and very well equipped. Cottage is an ideal base to visit many different towns. A must is the Honiton Inn, only a minutes drive away - staff very friendly and food amazing and very reasonable. The children loved their holiday. We will be returning as we have had a lovely time.

We have had a fabulous time here at Apple Tree Cottage. The dog loves running free in the garden. Hannah really enjoyed playing with Abbie and Hannah and collecting delicious eggs with their mummy. We have had a fab week weatherwise. our favourite place is Beer - such an unspoilt beautiful village. We look forward to our next visit here. Even the teenagers enjoyed the holiday. We don't really know what you could improve on!

Thank you for the great time we spent here. We felt very comfortable and at home. We really loved the amazing weather, the lovely, clean and cosy cottage, the garden, the great countryside, the sheep, the chickens, your nice dog, Rosie, the fresh eggs and of course the scones. Our dog, 'Pippa' really enjoyed the time too!

Thanks to Kath and Rick for providing a wonderful place to explore the westcountry. The cream tes on arrival was very much appreciated. The cottage was very well equipped and made our stay so much the better. The encyclopaedia of local attractions was also extremely helpful. Thanks for everything, we've had a great holiday

Lyn & Alan May 2013

The cottage was exactly what we needed - ideal for anyone not very able-bodied and it was lovelt to have such a big enclosed garden for the dog. We all hope to return with children and grandchildren in tow so that the children can enjoy the anuimals and birds and their parents get some r and r in the lovely peace of your farm. Many thanks and best wishes for the future.

Thank you for all the lovely things we turned up to, they really made such a difference. We have had a lovely time staying on your beautiful farm and will definately come back. I know we haven't come far but we came to the right place for relaxing and walking. We were so lucky with the weather too. Thank you again and see you in the near future.

A lovely welcome, the scones and dog treats were much appreciated. The cottage is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location is great and we have had a brilliant week exploring. And such great weather too! Thank you for providing such great accommodation.

Sally-Ann Oct 2012.

Another brilliant week - thank you. We leave in a relaxed state ready to face the next half term! Weather mixed - but two lovely weekends at the beach. We recommend Exmouth for ancient dogs as the sand is much easier to walk on than pebbles! The Otter inn at Weston is certainly worth a visit.

Marie and Jason Oct 2012

What a lovely relaxing week - cottage is well equipped for both toddlers and dogs! lovely walks and pub lunches - highly recommend The Drew Arms - fantastic Gammon! Aslo, if a quick takeaway is needed, lovely Thai restaurant on the High Street. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay, will certainly be back. The accommodation is excellent., the best we have found making for a relaxing break, especially for my mother who is wheelchair bound - the wide doorways and spacious rooms were a treat. Thank you again and we wish you all the best.
