Fantastic week at Pear Tree Cottage. Very well equipped and clean. Was nice to be greeted with a cream tea, milk in fridge and tea and coffee supplied. Just about everything has been thought about. Hope to be back again.

Mark and Delia, Essex Jun 16

We've had a lovely week in Pear Tree Cottage, despite the weather! The cottage has everything you need, including a very comfy bed! The cream tea on arrival was a very nice touch. Sadly, we go home tomorrow and will miss the very quiet surroundings and waking to the sight of the sheep!

Helen and Paul, Kent Feb 16

Cottage was much more than we expected. Lovely place to stay. Quiet but within reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. Welcoming cream was a real treat. We will recommend the cottages to family and friends. Thank you.

Margaret & Roger, Newbury Nov 15

Had a lovely week at this cottage, absolutely loved the scones on arrival. Brilliant garden for Daisy and lots of room for us all to play and have a BBQ. The Honiton Inn and Drewe Arms were lovely dog friendly pubs not too far away. Cottage in a great position to visit lots of places. cottage felt like home, very enjoyable week - even had some sunshine!

We had a great week in this brilliant cottage. Everything you need is here and the location is stunning. My 91 year old mother loved the cottage and being on the farm especially Rosie the farm dog, as did we all. Thanks for your hospitality - we hope to be back next year all being well.

Sue, Julie, Katie & Leanne, Bolton. Aug 2014

Had a fantastic week at Peat Tree Cottage. The cottage is spotless and is acredit to the owners. It's nice to visit busy towns and then come back to the peace and quiet of the cottage. We visited Exeter, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Weymouth and Beer and had as great day at them all. This is a great part of the country and would recommend to anyone.

Tobias and Uga, Hamburg, Germany July 2014

What a lovely cottage and a very warm welcome. Our girls loved to collect eggs.. and see the chickens behind the fence. It was a great week with beautiful and hot summer weather. We enjoy very much the garden.... only missing a really comfotable sun bed. Thank you for making our week's stay so very comfortable and relaxing. We hope to come back again.

Pauline and Terry, Bucks June 2014

Fabulous! Thank you so much for a lovely restful week. You really have everything from 1 - 100, 2 legs or 4, everyone catered for. Clean, light, airy, safe enclosed garden for dogs. Faultless as far as we were concerned. You deserve every success with these lovely cottages.

Oue first time in a holiday cottage. Fabulous cottage with absolutely everything you need, and some! A lovely welcome with a cream tea on the table. Everything - just everything - perfect. What more is there to say? I think we will be back!

Pat, David & Rebecca, Abu Dhabi, Sep 2013

Return visit to settle our daughter into final year at Uni - where does the time go! Pear Tree Cottage is warm and welcoming as usual - cream tea and all the extras make it a home from home. Will be back in 2014 for graduation! We tended to eat out in exeter most of the time...... recommend Adobe and the Conservatory - use the early bird specials. Best wishes for continued success.

Arthur & Roderick, Sussex, Sep 2013

A truly magnificent spell of hot weather to rival the summer of '76 - quite unlike any other Uk summer holidays in recent years! We loved the location of Pear Tree Cottage - Spectacular and Peaceful. Wonderful for the children to be on a working farm. They helped collect eggs. The cottage was clean and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed trips to the sea, especially Beer, charmouth and Lyme Regis. Thank you for your very warm welcome and friendliness - we hope to be back!

Fantastic cottage, well presented and very comfortable. Amelia enjoyed collecting the eggs. We had a lovely week, great weather and especially liked Escot park, a great day out for all. All of the local villages and towns are so pretty. We would certainly come back for another stay at the farm.
